UAH 85,785.24 spent on school supplies for 92 children with visual impairments!
Our annual TulSun Foundation «Ready for School» project continues! The latest school to receive support is Boyarka Special School, which serves 92 children with visual impairments. Together with our partners, BAUL and Sinta-Service, we provided supplies to support learning, development and creativity throughout the school year.
We purchased:
● finger paints, acrylic and fabric paints, paintbrushes and wax-resist tools;
● white paper, watercolour paper, large drawing sheets, coloured cardstock, double-sided coloured paper and crepe paper;
● modelling clay, air-dry modelling clay, modelling paste and felt in assorted colours;
● colourful knitting yarn, satin ribbons in various widths and pipe cleaners;
● wooden craft blanks for painting and decoupage, foam shapes and paper quilling kits;
● pens, scissors, glue and other essential stationery.
For teachers, having these materials on hand means they can plan activities for the entire school year, combine different creative techniques and tailor tasks to each child’s individual needs and abilities. For the children, it means more opportunities to explore the world, learn new skills and express their creativity.
Our heartfelt thanks to BAUL and Sinta-Service for supporting this project and caring for the children we work with! Every box of supplies represents something much greater: your attention to children’s needs and your willingness to support them when it matters most.
