The Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “TulSun” (Ukrainian: БО «БФ «ТУЛСАН») cares about your personal data and makes every effort to protect it. This Privacy Policy is written to help you understand what personal data we collect, store, and use, and what happens to it when you use the website tulsun.foundation and the websites of our partners that link to this Privacy Policy.

We, the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “TulSun”, located at: 03680, Ukraine, Kyiv, Okhtyrskyi Lane, 7, Forum Victoria Park. Further in the text, “TulSun Foundation” will be referred to as “we,” and the website tulsun.foundation as “our.” We determine which, for what purpose, and how your personal data will be processed.

2. What does the Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy applies to our website and the websites of our partners that link to this Privacy Policy.

3. What data do we collect and why?

The data we collect is divided into two categories: technical information and user-provided data.

 

Technical information. When you visit our website, some data is collected automatically. We need technical data for the operation, support, and improvement of our website. This includes the following data: IP address, UTM parameters, geolocation, device type, browser type, cookies, and data about your interaction with the website (session ID).

 

Session ID data includes: your interaction with the website; the name of the website from which you came to our site; the features of the website you used; the pages you visited on our website; the way you used our website; actions you take on the website, if such actions are present.

 

User-provided data. In order to properly identify and effectively use your charitable contribution, be able to get back to you with feedback on the outcome of public fundraising or the use of funds collected, as well as to be able to identify your payment for further inquiries, we need your full name, surname, phone number, payment information, and email address.

 

Please note. We knowingly do not process personal data of users under 16 years of age. If you are such a user or you are the legal representative of the user, please inform us by email at info@tulsun.foundation.  

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for 36 months. However, you have the right to request deletion of your data. In this case, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request.

5. Do we disclose your data to third parties?

We use your data to conduct statutory activities and fulfill our obligations under agreements concluded with you and may disclose them on the following grounds:

 

Compliance with legislation. We will disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent necessary:

 

  • to comply with a government request, court order, or relevant legislation;
  • to prevent unlawful use of our website or violation of the Terms of Use of our website;
  • to protect against third-party claims;

  • Right to erasure of information. You can send us a request to delete your personal data from our systems.

8. How do we update the Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy and the legal relationships falling under its scope are governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. Applicable laws and requirements for the processing of personal data may change. In such a case, we will publish a new version of the Privacy Policy on our website. If we apply significant changes that affect your privacy and confidentiality, we will notify you via email or display information on our website and ask for your consent where required by law.
