PUMA Ukraine employees packed school backpacks for 10 children without parental care!

We are kicking off our traditional annual updates from TulSun Foundation’s Ready for School charity project. This year, the first to receive their school supplies were 10 children from the Avramenko Family-Type Orphanage. As they do every year, PUMA Ukraine employees carefully selected and packed everything the children would need for school, taking into account each child’s age, grade and personal preferences.

Each school kit included:
● backpacks, pencil cases and PE bags;
● school diaries and notebooks;
● pens, pencils, felt-tip pens, rulers, erasers and sharpeners;
● sketchbooks, coloured paper, various types of craft cardboard, polymer clay and glitter craft sets;
● A4 paper, poster paper, book covers and folders;
● scissors, glue sticks, PVA glue and non-spill paint cups.

Even ongoing air raid alerts couldn’t stop the team from meeting the children in person. Part of the visit had to take place in a shelter, but the PUMA team still managed to turn it into a little celebration. Together, they drew mascots and messages for PUMA, built animals with construction sets, talked, laughed and shared plenty of smiles. The day ended with a delicious lunch of freshly baked pies.

We are deeply grateful to the PUMA Ukraine team for their care, time and warmth put into every single backpack. Thank you for going beyond simply supporting our project and for making this day truly special for the children.
