UAH 38,250.00 allocated for the annual medical check-up of 10 children from the Avramenko Family-Type Orphanage!

Thanks to the generous contributions of Inna Ishchenko and the Classical Music Ensemble, which raised funds during its charitable tour, 10 orphaned children received comprehensive medical examinations on October 23 at Universum Clinic as part of our healthcare project «Healthy Journey». The check-up included:

● consultations with a family doctor and an ophthalmologist;
● examinations by a gynecologist and an orthopedic traumatologist;
● a dermatological examination and a skin lesion biopsy (performed under local anesthesia using the punch biopsy method);
● ultrasound diagnostics of the pelvic organs and soft tissues;
● general urine and blood tests (including ferritin and glucose levels);
● flu vaccination with Vaxigrip and other routine immunizations.

Following the examinations, doctors assessed the children’s overall health as satisfactory. To support their well-being, they prescribed Omega-3, vitamin D, and iron supplementation. Additionally, on November 11, a follow-up consultation with a neurologist is scheduled to determine the cause of headaches in one of the children.
