Teach the teacher!?

For several months TulSun Foundation team has been inspired to work on the organization of the second Montessori room in Trypillia Training and Rehabilitation Centre. At this stage our Montessori specialist Olga Savchenko carefully studied the peculiarities of children from this orphanage and selected necessary materials for their development. In the future room, the most important will be the sensory zone, because it is through the sensory sphere that children will know other spheres.

During the visit, Olga met the teachers personally, told them about the future room zoning, explained why every Montessori material was needed, how to use it and to which zone it would belong. This week also starting the basic course for teachers “Fundamentals of Montessori Pedagogy”, after which they will have all the necessary knowledge to teach children according to Montessori methodology.
