Dutch City Mayor visited children under the care of TulSun Foundation!

Last week, Sir Lucas Bolsius, city mayor of Amersfoort in the Netherlands visited 13 children with disabilities from the Kyiv region. At the end of March, these children were evacuated to Amersfoort from the Trypillia Training and Rehabilitation Centre. Several tutors who accompanied children during the evacuation and continue to care for them also arrived to Amersfoort.

During the visit the mayor had an opportunity to get acquainted with children. He asked them about “Do they like to live in the Netherlands?”, their hobbies and shared with the kids some stories. In addition, a small celebration with coffee and sweets took place in honor of the two-month stay of children in Amersfoort, which became a temporary safe home for them.
